I did not deal much with any other people

I would always recommend him to help someone find any type of real estate.

Ability to point out areas of concern during viewings that we would have missed ourselves: foundations, ceiling, wiring, bathrooms, the list goes on. In a market as hot as it is right now most accepted offers are well above asking, ours was no different. However, he was able to negotiate additional discounts and closing credits when added up to our surprise we were under the original listing price and an incremental +$4,000 in closing cost credits. Very impressed with his professionalism and ability to leverage negotiating power in our favor.

We had to do multiple repairs for the buyer’s FHA loan and Brian helped us with this process. He was very knowledgeable and provided great advice. Would definitely recommend.
